Why did we make this map, you ask?
We are 4 friends and a puppy who want to make pet ownership easier for everyone.
We run local WhatsApp communities and Instagrams for pet owners and we have seen loads of great suggestions of places to go with our furry, feathered, scaly and fluffy friends.
We wanted to make something helpful for our members and so we created this map and decided it was too useful to keep to ourselves!
We have ambitions to grow this map worldwide and we need you! Please suggest pet-friendly places wherever you are in the world. We do this for free, so any help you can give us means the world.

Lou
Creator and designer
Lou set up Pawdly when she decided to get Colin. She couldn’t find good advice for expats living in Portugal, so she set up v1 of Pawdly and loves watching it grow! Lou is a freelance digital product designer and spends her days creating brands, apps and websites like this one.
Alejandra
Community, events and social media: Portugal and Spain
Ale has been involved in Pawdly since the early days. She has grown Pawdly Portugal into a thriving community and has now started Pawdly Spain! Ale also does community management, digital marketing and events as a freelancer.
Abby
Community, events and social media: London
Abby runs the new Pawdly London communities and Instagram. Abby is a digital marketer extraordinaire and loves working on community projects as a freelancer.
Ryan
Developer and all things tech
Ryan is a full-stack developer and music mogul. Whilst running his successful music samples business, he has kindly built pawdly.io. Lou and Ryan are building other cool stuff together ... watch this space.
Colin
CCO (Chief Cuteness Officer)
The reason for Pawdly’s existence. Colin is our sampler of pet-friendly places and products. He lives between Portugal and the UK and Lou hopes to travel regularly with him when he’s a bit older!
